Sushi Chefs Can Expect The Following In Estimated Compensation
- Sushi Chefs are paid an hourly rate and receive tips.
- The average hourly rate for Sushi Chefs (base pay tipout) is estimated at $25-$35/hour.
- Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine.
- Learn and perfect your sushi techniques under the guidance of our skilled Chef teams.
- Understand proper handling and waste reduction of product
- Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for yourself and the guest
- Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grows
- Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu!

- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
