Your Impact : What You’ll Do
As the Nursing Home Administrator , you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the facility and help lead us toward achieving our long-term goals. Your key responsibilities include :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee the daily operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and effectively while staying aligned with our mission and vision.
- Team Collaboration : Lead clinical, managerial, and custodial teams, ensuring seamless cooperation and strong communication to deliver outstanding care.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
- Resident-Centered Care : Work closely with clinical staff to ensure individual care plans are followed and that each resident receives the personalized care they deserve.
- Financial Stewardship : Develop and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability while overseeing billing and fee structures.
- Community & Family Liaison : Serve as the face of the facility, building strong relationships with residents’ families and the community while acting as the primary liaison between staff and families.
