Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Research Analyst, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quantitative Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting quantitative research and developing models to support trading strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing large datasets, implementing statistical methods, developing quantitative frameworks, and providing actionable insights to support investment decisions. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to drive effective decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Quantitative Research experience
  • Experience in Quantitative Finance and Statistics
  • Proficiency in Quantitative Analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
