Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Field IT Support Specialist to join our team. This person will help maintain and support our in-house systems used in warehouse operations, including purchasing and production control systems. The role involves working directly in our warehouses, solving technical issues, and ensuring our systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide support for systems used in warehouse operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve system issues.
- Train warehouse staff on system usage when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computers, devices, or networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Flexibility to work in the field and travel locally, with occasional trips to other cities or states.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , or similar) are desirable but not required.
- Experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good command of the Spanish language is a plus.
