Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities : We are looking for Warehouse Supervisors to join our team and assist in staging drivers out of our operations in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Warehouse Supervisor for Hailify, you will assist in the daily staging of drivers arriving at our Boston warehouse each morning. You’ll perform a critical function in owning the distribution of routed parcels to our drivers and fleet partners. A Warehouse Supervisor will :
- Oversee the arrival of routes and confirm inventory accuracy
- Dispatch routes to drivers & ensure proper training takes place
- Work closely with the Hailify Operations & Support teams to monitor driver performance and address shortfalls in performance
- Receive Undeliverable parcels from drivers for processing
- Collaborate with additional warehouse staff and management
- Assist the operations team with performance, fulfillment, and quality control
- Problem solve- basic driver issues to development planning
- Work with basic functions within Hailify’s backend software
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Shifts & Work Hours : Warehouse Supervisors are scheduled 5 days per week, including weekends, for approximately 40 - 50 hours a week to work shifts running from 5 : 30AM - 2PM
Compensation : Warehouse Supervisor are W2 employees with an annual salary starting at $50,000 plus a monthly bonus payout of up to $2,000.
