Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team at Hailo Wind Systems USA Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our supplied equipment. This includes supporting continuous improvement for process optimization, product quality, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in mechanical/quality/manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation, performance, and compliance of QMS for Hailo Wind Systems-supplied equipment
- SUPPORT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT FOR PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, PRODUCT QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
- Responsible for internal quality compliance on the production floor and Service Field technicians
- Provide after-sales technical support to internal and external customers for the lifecycle of high-level access products
- Responsible for customer complaints and NCRs and led the internal resolution of nonconforming parts
- Responsible for APQP4Wind implementation and submission to customers
- Generate Supplier NCRs and forward them to the Procurement team for resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in mechanical/quality/manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- ISO 9001:2015 experience desired
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control concepts, RCA and 8D reports
- Proficiency with MS Office Software
