We are seeking a skilled Wind Energy Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our supplied equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in mechanical/quality/manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation, performance, and compliance of QMS for Hailo Wind Systems-supplied equipment
- Support continuous improvement for process optimization, product quality, and reliability
- Responsible for internal quality compliance on the production floor and Service Field technicians
- Provide after-sales technical support to internal and external customers for the lifecycle of high-level access products
- Responsible for customer complaints and NCRs and led the internal resolution of nonconforming parts
- Responsible for APQP4Wind implementation and submission to customers
- Generate Supplier NCRs and forward them to the Procurement team for resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in mechanical/quality/manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- ISO 9001:2015 experience desired
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control concepts, RCA and 8D reports
- Proficiency with MS Office Software
