We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain and organize calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
- Utilize Execel, Mircrosoft, PDF
- Assist in human resources functions including onboarding new students and maintaining records.
- Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and morale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management.
- Strong clerical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
