Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Range: $30 to $40 (commissions tips)
- Top performers make more than $40 per hour, based on at least 5 years of experience and working 30 hours per week.

Salon Professional Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application
