- Licensed with state cosmetology and / or barber board.
- Experience in customer service, computers, and cash controls preferred.
- Must be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Management experience is not required.
- Perform premium mens grooming services to Hair Saloon standards while providing a first-class experience.
- Assist guests in choosing the perfect service, style, and product.
- Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members.
- Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities.
- Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon
- Achieve and role model Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures.
