What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Event Planner / Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team at ICHQ. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide variety of events that align with the firm's business development goals, including community outreach events, business-to-business (B2B) engagements, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars, internal staff events, and industry conferences such as a Claims Summit for the storm industry. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our events run smoothly, are strategically aligned with business goals, and leave a lasting positive impression on our clients, partners, and staff.
