• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing fantastic guest service.
• Work with the service providers to ensure an exeptional guest experience from the time the guest comes in, to when they leave Hairazors Salon.
• Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages.
