The Dual Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new and recurring revenue while enrolling new clients into a solution and maintaining and growing memberships.

Qualifications
- Must have excellent consultative sales, negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing skills (3 years consultative selling experience highly preferred and history of proven sales success in B2C).
- Meet or exceed sales goals (monthly budgets and sales drivers), close sales and finalize all details related to the transaction.
- Well-spoken with a genuinely caring and compassionate personality who can create enthusiasm for our new HairClub clients.
- While already operating at a high level, ability to understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant development & growth.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus
