What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMP Tattoo Artist position at HairClub?
Your Role as a Micro-Dermal Pigmentation Practitioner: Responsible for providing the highest quality Micro- Dermal Pigmentation (MDP) services, educating clients on the process and after care, and ensuring both Hair Club and local health standards are met.
Candidate Qualifications: Must have a Tattooer License (requires completion of VA training program or equivalent program or at least 1 year of experience MDP clients are on-boarded and managed according to Hair Club standards. Performs the initial and ongoing MDP services, strictly adhering to local health standards and the directives of the corporation. Demonstrates artistry, creativity, good taste, and sound MDP skills, leaving the client's scalp and surrounding hair looking natural. Keeps the MDP specific station clean, neat, and in sanitary condition according to company standards, state or provincial health regulations and/or tattooing guidelines. Adheres to the time frame for appointments, uses only approved products, and follows the MDP service program. Maintains his or her skill level to date, ensuring to keep up with education, practice and or equipment material developments in the practice of MDP servicing. Performs other reasonable related duties as assigned.
