We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our team at Hajoca Corporation's Greenville, OH location. As a key member of our Profit Center team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets, identify opportunities for value-added services, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for accurately processing sales orders and bids generated through telephone sales transactions and investigating and resolving customer problems.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably contractor sales. You should also possess strong communication skills, including telephone/verbal communication and listening skills, and be able to effectively use Microsoft Office software to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files.
