About the Role:
You will:
Provide our Profit Centers with evaluations and instructional support related to inventory, operations, and compliance processes.
Ensure company assets are safeguarded, communicate control deficiencies to management, recommend improvements to controls, and participate in the development of company processes and audit methodologies.
Demonstrate an understanding of Profit Center processes and company policies.
Perform inventory observations; ensuring inventory procedures are followed, counts are accurate, and inventory reconciliation items are documented.
Collect and analyze information to evaluate company processes and procedures within the scope of an operations review with excellence.
Expand the scope of operations reviews to ensure objectives are achieved.
Schedule and manage travel arrangements that are mindful of cost as to meet the demands of your assignments.
Assist External Auditors during inventory observations and end of year testing.
Train a variety of company teammates in person, or through webinars as needed.
Inform leadership of any recommended improvements or current issues.
Participate in periodic corporate audits.
Actively participate in and contribute to internal audit meetings by preparing and delivering clear, insightful presentations.
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience.
2 or more years of internal audit related experience.
Able to drive for company business. As a company business driver, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess a proper and valid driver’s license.
Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.

Be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
