We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a kitchen staff member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and marinades, and cooking proteins and other ingredients
- Follow established recipes and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work surfaces
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking ingredients, and monitoring expiration dates
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a professional kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
