What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Liaison - Jewel Nightclub position at Hakkasan Group?
Objective: To provide excellent marketing and customer service and provide an experience above and beyond any other nightlife experience in town. We do this through marketing efforts o find and drive guests into our venues. Once the guests are in our venues; we match them to the right VIP Table guests in order to increase spending and build the perfect VIP experience. This is performed by getting to know the VIP Table guests wants and needs as well as getting to know the other guests we drive to the venue. Our goal is to provide an elegant look within the venue and build and maintain the energy throughout each night of operation.
Job Description: Each member of the team must be a "Social Hybrid". They are chosen by their social skills, experience, and overall utility in their field. Five areas they are required to fulfill are, daytime promotions/marketing, network/database building, driving guests to venues, table sales, and in venue hosting.
Job Requirements: VIP Liaison's are required to fulfill the stated weekly paid/comp table and guestlist marketing requirements. They are required to seat tables throughout each night along with using their discretion to place guests at pre-determined "staging" tables. Once the venue is 75% sat, the VIP Liaison will be introducing guests from the "staging" tables to our VIP table guests.

Schedule: All VIP Liaison's work 4-5 days a week, which includes office time, on property promoting, venue shifts and various outings. All are required to work 8-12 hours daily in split shifts Thursdays – Saturdays and on days that their "Home" venue is open for "Industry" nights.
Day Shifts: 1pm-5pm at assigned properties to visit hotel pools, poolclubs and dayclubs. All VIP Liaisons are required to check in at 1pm with Home Venue Lead with a clear picture of them and a visible background of assigned location. Along with a check-in picture, they must send a plan of attack for the day. VIP Liaisons are required to send a checkout picture at 5pm or later.
Night shifts: VIP Liaison's will be in at each venue by the required in time (9:30pm is standard) and work in the venue greeting and organizing "table quality" guests, seating tables, introducing themselves to the heads of VIP table guests, placing guests throughout venue at the tables in order to build energy. Their night shifts range from 9pm to 3am depending on the specific venue and/or event.
Outings: VIP Liaison's are required to attend scheduled weekly individual and/or team outings strategically charted based on venue in order to get a head start on guestlist and VIP tables for the upcoming business days.
Office time: Scheduled 1 day per week to build a strong social media presence as well as build and maintain VIP Liaison's network. This will be done so by posting weekly event flyers, networking through social media platforms, reaching out to leads, personal phone calls and texts, etc. VIP Liaison's are responsible for attending their "Home Venue" specific team meeting scheduled by the venue's Director.
