Care Coordinator/Front Office Staff
Hakuna Wellness Center is currently searching for a Care Coordinator/Front Office Staff to join our fast-growing outpatient mental health company!
In this role you will ensure excellent customer service and efficient day to day operations to include:
- Provide excellent customer service to new clients calling for services.
- Process incoming faxes, referrals and schedule intakes.
- Collaborate with our clinicians to ensure smooth scheduling, and communication with clients.
- Address billing issues with clients. Handle any client concerns, rescheduling requests, etc.
- Submit insurance verifications.
- Keep data on day to day operational processes as requested.
- Run supply checks and order for the office.
- Make and maintain our great relationships and personal connections with our referral sources.
- Ensure client satisfaction and care.
You have:
- Prior customer service experience, healthcare industry preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records, Microsoft software, and Google workspace is a must.
- Associates degree preferred, not required.
