SKILLS NEEDED:
- Coordinate delivery of medical equipment at patients’ homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments, as necessary.
- Perform patient follow-up, via telephone, as necessary.
- Update any patient information in the Brightree system, as needed.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor.
- Attention to paperwork detail.
- Organized self-starter.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy; Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
