We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team! You will help to create exceptional experience for our guests during their dining experience with us by serving all guests at the bar, creating drinks for the service well, taking occasional to-go orders, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:
- Take orders from bar guests for food and beverages.
- Assist guests with all questions about our food and/or beverages.
- Ensure guest experience is up to our high-quality standards.
- Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
- Keep accurate tabs throughout the night including spills, dislikes, shift drinks, etc.
- Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
- Alert management of any guest complaints, long wait times for food, mistakes, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender.
- Friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to memorize ingredients in the food menu and cocktails.
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, liquor, and beer.
- Ability to stand, walk, and deliver drinks and plates of food for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest needs.
- Must have courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Trustworthy and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to managers and kitchen.
