Halco Lighting Technologies, one of the US fastest growing lighting manufacturers is seeking an entry level Area sales manager to cover its Florida territory. Position will be responsible for aggressively growing sales through electric distributors and other targeted customers as well as
- Making sales calls on targeted electrical distributors, contractors and end users to promote Company's products and services
- Creating sales pipeline/funnel reports of prospective clients and following up on open quotes and meeting opportunities to pull through process
- Training customers on new and current product and service offerings
- Attend all regional and national trade shows as required
- Conduct field support with field sales reps in bringing in new opportunities
- Working with assigned inside sales reps to achieve best in class customer service including resolving customer inquiries and challenges throughout the sales cycle
- Track record of accomplishments in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Will be seen as a subject matter expert in selling lighting products

- Bachelors Degree or two years of selling lighting products, electrical distribution sales a plus
- Must be based in Orlando/Tampa area
- Sales aptitude: including excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Desire to grow existing customer base and developing new business
- Up-to 50% statewide travel required
- Excellent teamwork skills
