To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a CNC Programmer / Process Specialist to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the Engineering team and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret prints and CAD data from drafters.
- Apply machining knowledge to create machine programs and manufacturing instructions.
- Partner with others in the Engineering Department and Operations to complete accurate and timely programming instruction.
- Be an effective communicator of instructions to produce accurate parts.
- Apply problem-solving skills and critical thinking to create manufacturing process plan for furniture parts.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year technical education or equivalent experience.
- Computer Programming / Machine Programming experience.
- Experience operating CNC machines.
- Drafting and modeling experience.
- Experience reading blueprints.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving sklls.
- Self-motivated and exceptional attention to detail.
- Finds pride in careful and precise work.
- Strong drive for continuous learning.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to learn job-specific software.
Salary Range:
