We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper professional to join our team at Halcyon at West Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residents' rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service will significantly enhance our guests' overall experience.
**Duties**
- Perform all cleaning duties as directed by the Environmental Services Director, following departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhere to daily and deep cleaning schedules.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Be sensitive to the privacy and individual needs of residents.
- Follow the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director.
