Halcyon Home is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse to support our growing geriatric hospice population in Belton, Temple, Killeen, TX and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care during regular visits.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for one week, with an extra stipend for your dedication.
