Halcyon Manufacturing is a modern contract manufacturing company of machined parts and components. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a new company this role will have great potential to learn higher skill level for growth within the company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an aptitude to improve with a can-do attitude and perform in a fast-paced prototyping environment. We deliver beautifully produced parts to a wide range of sectors including Semi-Conductor, Medical, Aerospace, and Home Defense. Our facility is filled with only the highest quality equipment and maintained to an immaculate clean/safe environment for all of our team members. Prior knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

Job Duties (But not limited to):·

-Inspect machined parts for conformity during IPC (Buyoffs) and Final Inspection·

-Maintain the Quality Procedures, Training, and Quality Database·

-Parts inspection using various hand tools and equipment.·

-Prepare maintain and dispositions of NCR, RMA, CAR records·

-Verify parts to blueprint specifications·

-Process data's via company’s ERP and QMS

-CMM Programming

Job Requirements:·

-Must be able to retain and convey complex information relating to job

-Attention to details, Analytical Skills, Team Work, and Communication Skills

-Must be able to read blue print and understand GD&T.

-Must be able to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread plug gages, etc…

-Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

-Must be US citizen or hold Green Card

-CMM Programming (Zeiss Calypso)

Desired Experience

-Experience in CNC Prototype/Production Manufacturing environment

-Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirement

The position will be full time Monday through Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30-40/hr (Depending on Experience)

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Education:

High school or Better (Preferred)

Experience:

Manufacturing QC: 5 year (Required)

Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)

• Quality Control Data Analysis
• Blueprint Reading

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss)

Salary info:
