Key Responsibilities :
Operations Management & Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate all front-office activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and document workflows for purchasing, order processing, and job scheduling to improve productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external front-office communication.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
