Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a dependable Shop Support Technician to help maintain the facility and support daily shop operations.

Job Summary:

The Shop Support Technician plays a vital role in keeping the shop clean, safe, and efficient. This position focuses on preventative maintenance and facility upkeep while also assisting with general shop support duties such as washing parts, shipping, cleaning, and inventory assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on shop equipment and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including floors, trash, bathrooms, and break areas.
• Support machinists with washing parts, deburring, and prepping for inspection or packaging.
• Assist with basic shipping and receiving duties including packaging, labeling, and staging orders.
• Help move materials, tools, and fixtures as needed across departments.
• Monitor and replenish shop supplies and consumables.
• Ensure all safety protocols and cleanliness standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or hands-on shop environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn preventative maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to get certified.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
