Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversees all aspects of med spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to medical spa operations.
- Develops and implements operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment.
- Manages the spa's budget and financial performance.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and develops a high-performing med spa team.
- Provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff.
- Sets clear expectations and manages staff performance.
- Creates a strong workplace culture where all staff feel valued, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to “Our Why”.
- Collaborates with owners to develop contests, incentives, and rewards to keep the team engaged and motivated.
- Embodies and enforces our "no drama" policy, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Delivers exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with guests.
