The individual has a keen eye for attention to detail and treats all public spaces as their own home. This team member promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and issues that arise. Their primary role is to keep all lobbies and public amenities such as lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices neat and tidy.
Requested Tasks
- Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answer other questions guests may have
- Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by frequently mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soap
- Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclable items to the appropriate location
- Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms, as needed
- Vacuum public areas and maintain cleanliness standards
