Haldeman Restoration Company (HRC) is an insurance restoration contractor. Our projects are located in the greater Sacramento and Placer County areas.
This position is available immediately.
Position : Project Manager
The project manager runs our reconstruction projects, checks budgets, and oversees the overall experience for the customer. This goes beyond a normal superintendent position, and includes computer work, scheduling, bidding, and crunching numbers. Communication skills and organization are crucial.
The following are REQUIRED to be considered :
- 5 years experience with hands-on construction (in any trade)
- 5 years of project management experience
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, photo editing, creating PDFs, etc)
- A great attitude!
