About the Role

This position is for a Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals. As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact, providing care and services to help patients achieve their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, remaining current throughout employment
