Duties
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for maintenance activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Communication Management: Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing email correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Creating and editing documents such as letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Data Entry: Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Office Administration: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment
