Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Utility maintenance Person to join our team. Looking for a Full time worker. Must be early morning hours on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and possible Tuesday. Must have strong customer service skills, a willingness to take initiative and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning grills and bathrooms and common areas of the community.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for various small repair tasks.
- Physical stamina to climb, lift, and perform manual labor as required by the job.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
