Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers for our Independent Living / Higher Education / Imua Kakou who will provide case management services to youth. Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. The Case Manager position is an on-site job. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- At least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required
