Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Overnight Residential Support Staff (ORSS) to join our team and serve as a mentor for youth in a residential setting. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight, maintaining house cleanliness, and generating daily reports to document resident progress and activities. You will be responsible for monitoring residents during your shift, responding to emergencies, conducting bed checks, and collaborating with case managers to support residents' needs.
Shift hours are from 10pm - 6am (awake). If you are passionate about working with youth, providing mentorship, and making a difference in their lives, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with youth or young adults is highly preferred.
