Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for individuals to fill our Senior Therapist I positions for our Intensive In-Home, Intensive Independent Living Skills Programs and Mental Health Evaluations on the island of Kauai. This position will be responsible for incorporating comprehensive case management skills to effectively coordinate and monitor the delivery of mental health services. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved in the youth's care; and utilize strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage caseloads, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes for youth and their families. This position also requires flexibility and being able to work outside of normal business hours; and to be on call 24 / 7, to meet the needs of the youth / families.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Service filed
- Received at least 1 year of supervision
- Must be credentialed by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division at least at the MHP level.
