The Position
We're looking for a passionate Maintenance Helper who performs a variety of general maintenance and simple repairs of equipment and facilities as directed.

The Position
We're looking for a passionate Maintenance Helper who performs a variety of general maintenance and simple repairs of equipment and facilities as directed.
- Provides a clean and safe physical environment that will enhance our residents' well-being and promote safety.
- Performs maintenance duties of the facility and equipment in accordance with provisions of Federal, State, and County zoning, building, fire, safety and sanitation laws and ordinances.
- Moves, delivers, and sets up supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Assists with unannounced fire drills quarterly. Helps with the coordination of fire inspection and employee training in fire extinguisher use..
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant experience in long term care or healthcare industry preferred.
- Valid Hawaii Drivers License required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
