As a representative for Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our trailer equipment lines, developing relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our trailer equipment lines and their features.
- Promote and sell all our trailer equipment lines to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain contact lists, follow up with customers, and foster strong relationships.
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and deliver outstanding customer support.
- Prepare and present rental quotes, reservations, and contracts effectively.
- Contribute to the company's overall sales and profit goals.
- Stay aware of market conditions and customer needs, recognizing opportunities to cross-sell with other Hale departments.
- Maintain accurate customer contact information and communications using our CRM software.
- Foster positive interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all levels and locations.
- Participate in sales, rental, and product training opportunities, industry events, and trade shows.
- Comply with our safety program and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
