Administrative Assistant Rental Department

Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls, assisting customers with their rental reservations and questions.
- Audit/maintain certificates of insurance for outgoing rentals; follow-up with customers regarding lease and insurance issues.
- Filing of rental paperwork and maintain trailer and customer files.
- Update and maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
- Interface with the rental team, as well as other branch locations as needed.
- Comply with the Company’s safety program, practices, and procedures.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years’ administrative experience.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test
