Responsibilities Include:
- Filing all forms, reports, correspondence and other department documents.
- Process and re-assign titles for trailers purchased and taken in trade in a timely matter.
- Examine trailer title for accuracy and conformity to specified requirements.
- Confirm accurate title VIN number, release of liens, and titles contain no alteration, etc.
- Process tag and title work in various states.
- Interact with DMV and vendor personnel to resolve issues.
- Assist with phone coverage and other tasks, if required.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative support or similar customer service role.
- Experience in DMV, banking, title work a plus.
- Must have experience working with outside vendors.
- Certified Notary Public is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly.
- Must have good computer and accurate data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
