It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.The Global Marketing Manager, Centrum will work closely with the Senior Global Marketing Director to deliver global brand strategy, communications, media connections strategy, and toolkits for key global markets, including US, China, Brazil, Italy, Middle East, and South Korea.This role requires a collaborative and agile mindset to work across diverse cultures, markets, external agency partners, and stakeholders to drive market alignment and outstanding execution of the global brand strategy.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following : Contribute to defining the long-term vision and strategic growth plan / brand growth plan with clear ‘where to play’ choices for the brandBuild, socialize, and act against a clear brand heart and purposeCollaborate effectively with local markets and external partners to Deliver toolkits that service the brand’s always-on requirements alongside specific campaign needs such as : Category growth story, Media connection guidelines, Creative assets across all identified channels (e.g, social, broadcast, earned), shopper toolkit, D-comm FCP asset suite, Experience & visual brand language, claims hierarchyEnsure that there is an integrated consumer, shopper and expert connection strategy across paid / owned and earned at the moments that matter along the CEJ / ERJTransfer best practices and drive exceptional market engagement.Why you?Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals : Bachelor’s Degree5 years’ experience in FMCG marketingTrack record of contributions to the strategic planning process, ideally at both a category and brand levelProven track record of driving brand growthDemonstrated ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that drive growthProven delivery of flawless campaign launches, including successful consumer connectionsDemonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand assets through all consumer touch pointsProven P&L / budget management, budget responsibilityDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomesExceptional communication and influencing skillsAbility to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areasPreferred Qualifications : If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus : Experience managing production of large-scale asset toolkitsExperience in emerging consumer class markets or other emerging economiesScience-based marketing experienceHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
