We are seeking a talented HR professional to join Haleon’s QSC organization at an exciting time in the evolution of the business in the role of HRBL Quality Supply Chain North America (QSC NA). The HRBL QSC NA will be responsible for partnering with leaders across end-to-end supply chain, including 5 manufacturing sites.
The key priorities of this role will be to lead on the desired behaviour's and culture, implement the talent strategies to grow the best talent and work in partnership with leadership teams and HR to identify and implement capability development programs at each site. The QSC HRBL will diagnose and implement HR interventions to deliver the business strategy, further improve business performance and develop the QSC organization.
This role will report into the Global QSC HR Head and be part of the Haleon QSC HR team, the NA QSC Leadership Team and the US/NA extended HR team. The role will have line management responsibility for HR Site Leads across the different NA sites, and an indirect team of HR Business Partners.

- Define, develop and drive the HR people plan for North America based on QSC and US/Canada Business Unit organizational needs, business strategy & the Haleon people priorities to deliver the performance objectives and impact necessary in NA.
- Lead Supply Chain Transformation within the NA and Global network working in close partnership with leaders, your peers and your HR team.
- Partnering the VP NA QSC and coaching and influencing senior leaders on people agenda for QSC NA within the operating model, ensuring clear people strategy aligned to the performance goals of the function.
- Lead the talent management strategy for the QSC NA, focusing on inclusion and stretching DEI ambitions to reflect our consumer base and ensuring a robust talent process is in place to meet the strategic workforce plan in the function. Actively coaching leaders to identify, develop and retain a strong and diverse talent pipeline to reach their full potential. Ensure robust talent management and succession planning processes are in place.
- Apply insights to develop leaders’ capability to build their leadership and people management capability to motivate, focus, develop & care for people. Provide input, constructive feedback, and healthy challenge in a way that builds trust and enables the team and individuals to be most effective in their roles.
- Manage succession planning and delivery of sustainable talent pipeline by implementing a ready now, ready soon, ready later talent approach
- Building culture in the organization by understanding the Haleon purpose, strategy and behaviours . Deploying new HR frameworks/tools, focusing on building leadership capability, talent frameworks and development approaches. Upskilling leaders in the function to comprehensively own these processes.
- Implement a strategy that ensures cordial industrial relations and resulting in high productivity and uninterrupted supply chain.
- Diagnose, lead and deliver change management initiatives within the area in line with the HR and Business agenda, supporting leaders to effectively lead change.
- Partner with the business to identify opportunities to improve organization effectiveness, efficiency and resourcing using data and analytics to understand the organization, identify opportunities for improvement, assess potential solutions and monitor achievement of benefits.
- Proactively identify critical capability gaps against the QSC NA Strategy and new and evolving roles and ensure proactive and future-oriented planning on future capabilities required to drive the business through robust strategic workforce plans.
- Develop a High Performing impactful HR team that works in close partnership with each other and the Site Leaders and QSC NA Leadership team to deliver the QSC NA Strategy.
- Review, adapt and implement global and local HR policies, practices and processes as required in partnership with Reward/Compensation specialists, apply business acumen and sound judgment within the context of the Haleon reward strategy to develop and deliver plans which enable the delivery of business and HR priorities.
- Support the business to ensure that a positive, inclusive employee environment is maintained.
- Ensure that employee relations issues are escalated and managed in an appropriate way and that robust constructive relationships with Site Leadership Teams and employees are maintained to foster a positive IR climate, mitigating legal risk and protecting Haleon’s reputation.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Strong background in HR Business Partnering, including Country HR Management and/or Supply Chain, with demonstrated business acumen and judgement to understand the business strategy, develop and deliver on the HR agenda within your remit.
- Transformation experience including restructuring, transforming existing sites, and workforce planning.
- Proven experience to develop a High Performing Team within own HR team and/or with Leadership Teams.
- Ability to effectively coach and influence all levels of leaders & employees across various business units in the organization.
- Experience of working in a matrix and multi country environment, having successfully led teams of HR professionals.
- Solid HR generalist knowledge & expertise, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & OD, ER/IR.
- Experience using data and analytics to identify business insights.
- Experience of working on cross-business or cross-functional projects, with proven project management expertise.
- Experience of leading and delivering complex organisational change, including M&A, and use of recognized change management methodologies is preferred.
- Experience of partnering and leverage shared-service teams remotely is preferred.
- Strong relationship building abilities with the ability to deal with constant change and lead and adapt to changes.
