About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and ServiceNow Services Catalog. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize our identity governance solutions to ensure secure, efficient access management and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance user access workflows and improve overall IAM processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to automate and streamline identity governance processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog offerings related to IAM, ensuring seamless integration with IGA systems.
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management in SailPoint to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to define and enforce access policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of access rights and entitlements, recommending improvements as needed.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows for compliance and knowledge sharing.

The salary range for this role is : $135,565 to $186,401 plus an 18% bonus.
