Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident conditions and reactions to medications and treatments.
- Prepare and assist physicians during treatments and examinations.
- Perform daily duties as needed, including Nursing Assistant tasks.
Requirements
- CURRENT Active State Licensure from the WI Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/compact state.
- CPR certification.
- BLS Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous long-term care experience or post-acute care.
- 1 year of experience.
