We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Geotechnical Technical Expert to work within our mining sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company. This is a full-time or part-time position located in our Phoenix, AZ office or virtually within Arizona .
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will :
- Lead project execution to meet technical, quality, budgetary and scheduling requirements.
- Direct projects from scoping through final deliverables.
- Prepare planning level and final designs for tailings storage facilities and mine components including stormwater designs, haul roads, leach pads, and mine closure plans including detailed design.
- Understand client needs and be able to develop strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project teams and help develop junior staff team members.
- Work with and support technical leads on all aspects of affiliated projects to address client goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate very strong verbal communications and written skills including client deliverables.
