With 12 thriving locations in Virginia, 9 dealerships in Richmond, 1 in Farmville, 1 in Roanoke, 1 Car Buying Center in Richmond, Haley is seeking a mission minded professional to coordinate sales appointments through the answering of internet inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Responds and nurtures internet sales inquiries that are submitted by customers, working to help dealerships actualize profit potential on internet sales.
• Ensures high quality, consistent, and professional communication with customers and prospects using the CRM, VinSolutions, call, text, and email functions.
• Utilizes the CRM to properly maintain and grow a dynamic customer database while also working to capture repeat business.
• Assist in the communication with dealerships, the leadership team at said dealerships, and the Business Development Center Manager, acting as the bridge between the dealership and the customer.
• Understands the internet road to the sale process and works with customers to set an appointment at one of Haley’s dealerships so the dealership has the opportunity to convert customers to sales.
• Directs customers to product information and resources, and stays up to date on new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefit to customers to effectively assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Works with the Business Development Center Manager to meet goals and benchmarks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB EXPEREINCE:
The ideal candidate has automotive sales and/or service, customer service, and/or Business Development Center experience. He or she must conduct themselves professionally, have strong computer, organizational, and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work on a collaborative team is also a must.
