Job Responsibilities:
- Tint Paint to Exact Specifications: Accurately mix and tint paint based on customer orders, following color formulas and custom specifications.
- Color Matching: Use color-matching equipment and your expertise to match custom colors for a variety of projects. Ensure the final color matches the sample provided or specified by the customer.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and accuracy in color and texture before delivery to clients.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for tints and paints. Notify management when supplies are low or when new stock is needed.
- Machine Operation: Safely operate and maintain tinting machines and other related equipment. Ensure equipment is regularly maintained and cleaned.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members in the warehouse and Customer Service to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in paint tinting or a related field, with a strong understanding of color and paint formulations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to match colors with precision and accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tinting machines, color-matching tools, and paint mixing techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve color discrepancies or other tinting-related issues.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move full five-gallon buckets, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Good Communication: Must be able to work well with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
