Position Purpose
The Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and supporting the acquisition of real estate investment opportunities, primarily focusing on multifamily housing. This position involves building relationships with potential sellers and brokers, conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence, and collaborating with the team to drive successful acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for real estate investment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and engage new leads within a specified region through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential sellers and brokers, aligning their interests with our investment objectives.
- Educate brokers on our real estate investment platform and convey our value proposition effectively.
- Perform comprehensive financial underwriting analysis and due diligence for new multifamily housing acquisition opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with our acquisition strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date interactions and lead status records in our tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies, sharing insights and suggesting improvements.
- Support underwriting, due diligence, and market analysis alongside the acquisition team to validate the business case for each acquisition, focusing on identifying critical success factors.
- Assist in reviewing key market information, demographics, trends, capitalization rates, and other relevant data to inform investment decisions.
- Ensure data integrity in all financial models, verifying that inputs are accurate, and sources are reliable.
- Participate in the acquisition process for selected properties, including coordinating due diligence, reviewing third-party reports, and analyzing competitive properties.

Job Specifications
