Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Cleaner who shares our passion for interior design and luxury cleaning. As a key member of our team, you will lead by example, ensuring that our clients' homes and businesses are not only clean but also beautifully maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and sanitizing across various surfaces.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in every task.
- Train and mentor cleaning team members.
- Properly use, maintain, and store all cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate tasks and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in cleaning services; luxury cleaning experience highly preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Reliable transportation and availability to work mornings and afternoons as needed.
